In the heart of Polruan, with spectacular views over the beautiful town of Fowey - a waterfront house built for family and friends.

Waterside
House
Polruan is Fowey's quieter neighbour - a working boatyard village on the far side of the estuary with a passenger ferry across whenever you fancy the wider choice on the other side. It's a proper community: two pubs, a café, a quay side shop, a village store, a historic Reading Room and an Arts Hub all within a short walk.
Waterside House sits right on its waterfront, where the village drops down to meet the water.

Living Spaces
Waterside is built for spreading out. A spacious kitchen and living room anchor the house, with a sun room and a dedicated table tennis room giving everyone their own corner - and a TV room for whoever fancies a quieter evening in. Direct access to the water and beach means the outside is never far from wherever you end up.

Sleeping
Waterside sleeps 8 across four bedrooms. The master is a super king with waterfront views and its own bathroom. A second king comes with its own shower room, while a double and a twin - perfect for younger guests or friends travelling together - share a bathroom between them.

Outside
Outside is where Waterside really comes into its own. A deck runs the full width of the house, with steps leading straight down to the beach and water below. Under a covered pergola, an outdoor dining space sits ready for long meals with a view - with room enough outside for everyone to find their own spot.
